About

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library provides a wide range of materials, programs, and services to the residents of Clifton Park and Halfmoon. We are a member of the Southern Adirondack Library System and classified as a Special District Public Library.

The Library was originally founded in a 300 square foot space on the second floor of the National Commercial Bank and Trust Company in 1969. Thanks to a dedicated group of advocates, the Library has grown with the community. Our current location is a 55,000 square foot facility, designed and built to meet the needs of our ever-growing and diversifying population.  Library History
