June 2005:
- Locating Property lines
- Temporary Driveway
- Phase II Archaeological Study
- Groundbreaking
- Building layout, and excavation
- Permits
July 2005:
- First Concrete pour 7/7/05
- Water line
- Setting rebar for footings
- Pouring concrete for footings and foundation
- Preparation for new sewer line
- Begin underground Electrical and Plumbing work
August 2005:
- Completion of foundation and footings
- Completion of sanitary and storm sewers
- Completion of underground electrical work
- Phase II Archaeological study
September 2005:
- Concrete slabs
- Steel erection
- Completion of Archaeological Phase III study
- Site grading for parking lot
October 2005:
- Mobilization for roofing
- Plumbing and Electrical rough-ins
- Duct work on ground floor
- Roof drains
November 2005:
- Start masonry work
- Pour stairs and landings
- Install main entry canopy
- Completion of exterior metal framing
- Install second floor duct work
December 2005:
- Install fire sprinkling piping
- Install window frame and curtain walls
- Install second floor interior walls
- Start temporary roof over mansards
January 2006:
- Start temporary heat
- Install window curtain wall
- Install door frames
- Complete duct work
- Complete domestic water piping
- Complete gas piping
- Insulate exterior walls
- Insulate ductwork, hot water supply and return piping.
February 2006:
- Continue with brick veneer installation at stairwells
- Complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing rough-in
- Install gypsum board
- Install hollow metal door frames
- Install exterior fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) at roof level (straight runs only)
March 2006:
- Install gypsum board
- Install taping of gypsum board joints
- Prepping for finish work
- Start installation of elevators
- Install interior fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) (straight runs only)
April 2006:
- Completed Gypsum Board installation
- Painting
- Install ceiling grid system
- Install wood veneer at soffits
- Install granite and limestone bases
- Tile bathrooms
- Masonry work
May 2006:
- Painting
- Install wall covering
- Install flooring
- Cleaning site prepping for landscaping
- Install fixtures / trim out (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Exterior Masonry work continues
- Elevators installation completed
June 2006:
- Install operable partitions
- Install ornamental hand railing system
- Install flooring
- Install casework / countertops
- Landscaping
- Finish paving topcoat / striping
- Masonry work
