Accessing online databases	I get "The page cannot be displayed" when I choose a database. I enter my library card number, but I get "access denied" or "invalid patron id." I enter my library card and I don't get an error, but I keep going back to the "library card" screen. I get to the database web site, but I have to enter a username and password.
Accessing Patron Account	Where can I find my library card number? What's my PIN? Can I change my PIN? Is Patron Account secure? I entered my library card number and PIN, but I get the logon screen again.
Accessing audiobooks at NetLibrary	When I select "Download Audiobooks", I get an error that says, "The page cannot be displayed." When I enter my card number, I get "Sorry, your library does not subscribe to this resource, please select another." I entered my library card number, but I don't see the audiobook collection for the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library. I entered my username and password, but I got the logon page again. What are the requirements for downloading audiobooks?
