You can do the following by accessing your patron account online:
- View your library card expiration date, date of original registration and registered branch
- View your record, change account information (phone number, address, email, etc.), username, password and preferences
- View your "Items Out" along with number of renewals available and due dates
- View, postpone and reactive requests
- View fines and fees
- View your saved searches
You may access your Patron Account by selecting the "Patron Account" tab in the upper right in the online catalog, select "Library Account" in the upper right on the Library's home page or go to Patron Account. You will need your library card number and PIN to log on.
Your library card number is a 13 digit number on the back of your library card. When you enter your library card, do not enter spaces.
Yes. You will need your library card number to set this up. Go to Patron Account and choose "Create Username."
Your PIN was set by default to the last four digits of your phone number of record. You may change your PIN in Patron Account. If you have forgotten your PIN, please come into the library with your library card and it will be reset for you.
Yes, the Patron Account feature uses a secure connection, so data cannot be intercepted by others on the internet.
