Where can I find my library card number?

Your library card number is a 13 digit number on the back of your library card. When you enter your library card, do not enter spaces.

What's my PIN?
Can I change my PIN?

Your PIN was set by default to the last four digits of your phone number of record. You may change your PIN in Patron Account. If you have forgotten your PIN, please come into the library with your library card and it will be reset for you.

Is Patron Account secure?

Yes, the Patron Account feature uses a secure connection, so data cannot be intercepted by others on the internet.

I entered my library card number and PIN, but I get the logon screen again.

In order to access Patron Account, your computer must accept cookies from sals.edu.
