Closed for Thanksgiving
The Library will be closing at 5 pm on Wednesday, November 26 and closed all day, Thursday, November 27, for Thanksgiving. Regular hours will resume on Friday, November 28 at 9am.

Families with children ages 4-9 and siblings are invited to celebrate the season of sweet things! Enjoy a reading of "The Polar Express" by Chris Van Allsburg. Make your own candy house to take home and help to create a CANDY LIBRARY! This a drop-in program so registration is not necessary.
An Evening with Russell Shorto
Monday, December 8 at 7 pm
Russell Shorto, award-winning author and contributing writer to the New York Times Magazine, will be speaking at the Library. He writes books of narrative history, primarily about the Dutch. This program is co-sponsored by the Patroon Chapter of the Holland Society. Books will be available to purchase and Mr. Shorto will sign books after the program. No registration required.
Graduation Options for Students with Disabilities

Learn about NYS graduation and diploma options available to students with disabilities from Bonnie Bailey, Special Ed Resource Specialist with Parent Network of the Capital Region New York. Registration is requested through presenter at pncrny.org or 640-3490. Read more about this program.
Home Safety & Household Emergency Workshop for Babysitters
Tuesday, December 30 at 2pm
The Clifton Park/Halfmoon Emergency Corps will present this workshop for teens in grades 6 & up. Participants will learn about injury prevention, common household emergencies, childhood emergencies & illnesses and how to deal with them. Hands-on activities will round out the session. Register beginning December 1st.
