Reference by Appointment
Any library patron may schedule an individual appointment to meet with a librarian for assistance in the use of the library's many resources. To schedule an appointment, please complete and submit this form. A librarian will contact you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. A minimum lead time of 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) is required.
What you can expect:
- Sessions generally last 15-60 minutes depending upon your project needs.
- We will try to accommodate your schedule within the weekday hours of 9:00-5:00pm; appointments outside of these hours are limited, and are dependent upon staff availability.
- We cannot actually do your research for you, but we can advise you on choosing research materials, picking search terms and developing search strategies, help you to determine whether the library owns the sources you have identified, and assist with related information needs.
