Never Forget

September 11 was a dreadful day
Many lives were lost
Now all that day
We were at pray
For those who are left with one less life
They're on their way to heaven now
Off to a better place
But maybe this tragedy
Wasn't such a bad happening
We've all painted a picture
Of the worst things that can happen
We're more aware of the evil in the world
But best of all we've started working together
To protect ourselves
No matter what happens
The lives that were taken are not coming back
We have to stand together
And protect each other
Help each other
And never forget the power of love
The power of God
